Ms. Iman is highly qualified quantity surveying and specification manager with over 17 years of experience in pre and post contract management including the preparation of contract documents, cash flow forecasting, manage risks and forecasting expenditure as well as control project overall cost throughout value management workshops with the project team for a wide range of complex projects in Egypt and the Middle East. Ms. Iman has a working experience at rmc exceeding 10 years on a wide variety of project type covering almost every type of building in the industry, and her past experience include working for over a year as a Cost Manager at Mace - a global consultancy and construction firm headquartered in UK - and was skillfully applying project management techniques to deliver projects to plan and to budget. The remaining past experience includes being a member of technical office team for several projects and was responsible for the preparation of project tender, costing, budget, pre/post contract administration, detailed bills of quantities and variation orders. Also experienced in material sourcing, performing cost analysis and schedule planning to assess, evaluate, and verify monthly progress claims from sub-contractors and suppliers.
