The art of understanding human behavior and integrating this with their physical experience is where we start the process of creating an urban plan here at rmc. We provide the complete process of collecting and understanding the land use requirements and henceforth developing and implementing an urban plan to provide for a cohesive and environmental friendly people, building, and land experience.
Architectural Design
For rmc, Architectural Design is a process beginning with understanding our clients needs and desires for their building project. We combine these understandings with our vast design experience to provide creative, highly functional, and efficient designs. The final documented coordinated product sets an elevated standard for architecture.
Interior Design
Our internationally recognized interior design is a testament to the excellence that rmc brings to our clients for hospitality, commercial, and residential markets. We specialize in providing high quality designs selecting local materials with an international flare and then using international materials for that extra accent to bring our designs the added value quality that makes all the difference.
Landscape Design
Our landscape design works closely with the architectural designers and urban planners to provide the accentuation to rmc’s projects by emphasizing the positive space in and around our building and planning projects. The use of these spatial concepts along with textural awareness of the hard and softcapes completes the overall designs for our projects.
Structural Engineering
Structural engineering at rmc serves as an integrated part of the design process closely being articulated by and adding to the efficiency of the project from the onset of the concept design through the document phases. Our structural engineers are fully versed in all types of concrete and steel structures from low-rise to high-rise throughout the Middle East.
Quantity Surveying
rmc’s Quantity Surveying Team provides an extensive and high level of analysis and documentation for the preparation of specifications, bills of quantities, pre and post contract management, cost control procedures, cost reports, forecast management, risk management, advisement on procurement strategy, cash flow forecasting, and management.
MEP Engineering
At rmc, we consider Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering as an integral part of a whole design process, which contributes, to our success story. Our implementation of ideas extends beyond typical designs to provide for state of the art optimal engineering solutions to build smart, clean, and efficient environments for our clients and communities benefit.
Project Management
rmc believes in the fundamental idea that project management is about communication and that this idea is the foremost component for any project. Our communication is in written format such as meeting minutes, schedules, reports, and project documents, or oral as in meetings, telephone conversations, and presentations. Sometimes the most important communication is simply sitting down across from a cup of coffee to discuss the project objectives and progress.
Site Supervision
Our site supervision team is an extension or rmc’s office design team providing monitoring and reviewing activities to verify a high level of construction quality and that the construction adheres to the tender documents. Further our team providing technical advice, monitor material deliveries and construction schedule, review health and safety procedures, and many other roles to support the client’s objectives for their project.
Roads Infrastructure
rmc’s Roads and Infrastructure Team provides creative designs supporting our Urban Planners, Architects, Landscape Designers and MEP engineers for very large and complex developments. The R&I Team may not be the showiest team at rmc but their efforts in coordinating with the other disciplines provides for efficient site construction activities
