Mr. Ibrahim Kotob is rmc‘s Head of Human Resources, Administration, and HSE Department. He has over 15 years of experience in these specialty fields providing exceptional guidance to rmc leadership and its employees.

Mr. Ibrahim uses his thorough knowledge and understanding of human resources to ensure rmc‘s compliance with all social and governmental policies and practices. He retains the required knowledge of trends, best practices, and new human resources and talent management technologies.

 

As Department Head, he is responsible for monitoring and auditing all the HR, Administrative and HSE Procedures throughout the company to ensure the achievement of corporate strategic goals and affectively applying rmc policies.

 

Mr. Ibrahim joined rmc in 2023 and has been an integral part in assisting the growth and success of the company by enhancing and maintaining the principles of the human resource field.
