The client requested rmc to design a four-story 150 key hotel suite and serviced apartment complex on a 35,000 square meter plat with a total built-up area of 22,000 square meters. The complex includes a ground floor dedicated to food beverage and elite shopping. A rooftop restaurant bordered by an infinity swimming pool looks out over New Cairo. 5,000 square meters of offices round out this impressive complex.
