The projects total plot area is over 200,000 square meters, with a long elevation facing the shallow beaches of the Red Sea.
 

The project is divided between Residential neighborhood consisting of apartments, villas and chalets. A Hotel Complex featuring a 300 room hotel, restaurants and other accommodations. And a Retail area featuring shops and food/beverage outlets.

rmc provided the interior design for the Retail area.
