El Monte Galala Developments is a premier project which shall accommodate more than 2,000 upscale residential units with all the expected facilities. The building shall be the sales center for the development and then be converted into the main clubhouse building upon the completion of Phase 1.
The Clubhouse shall include management spaces, restaurant and kitchen, lounge, and salons all overlooking the stunning views of the Red Sea from an elevation of approximately 90 meters. The building is designed on the edge of a hill top overlooking the main development.
