The City of Odissya is one of the largest planned mixed-use developments in Egypt’s New Cairo City.  This new city located only 15 minutes away from the American University in Cairo and a few minutes away from the New Capital City.

With a total built-up area of 3.5 million square meters, the city is designed to be the “go to” destination for the New Administrative Capital of Egypt.

The new city shall be the hub of El Mostakbal City including residential; administrative, retail, commercial areas along with entertainment and services zones. All residential areas shall be surrounded by greenery.

 

rmc, in collaboration with Al Ahly for Real Estate Development and El Mostakbel Urban Development, shall manage the development’s construction for the seven phases of land with an area of over 520 feddans.

 

rmc has been asked to provide the Construction and Project Management Consultancy for the project.
