New Cairo is one of the successful new urban settlements that the Egyptian government has intended to extend the urban fabric from the Nile Valley to the desert areas. Mivida is about 40 kilometers to the east of downtown Cairo and enjoys a notably higher elevation than most areas in greater Cairo. The project land is situated in New Cairo which is over 350 meters above the sea level.

The project entails providing a Sales Center which is a 1,500 square meter single story l-shaped building with a Santa Barbara influenced architectural style.
