New Cairo is one of the successful new urban settlements that the Egyptian government has intended to extend the urban fabric from the Nile valley to the desert areas. Mivida is about 40 kilometers to the east of downtown Cairo and enjoys a notably higher elevation than most areas in greater Cairo. The project land is situated in New Cairo which is over 350 meters above the sea level.

The project is within the Mivida masterplan and includes 3 typical 4 story office buildings of 7,200 square meters each with underground parking under the entire site of approximately 22,000 square meters. The project also includes security check point, food court, and outdoor eating area.
