The development project "Madinaty" is a mega project acquiring 8,000 acres in the desert located in the east side of Cairo extending after the site of New Cairo and limited by Suez Road to the north and the desert from east and south.

rmc's scope of services included the preparation of detailed planning, architectural/engineering design, and tender documentation for the 506 acres of Zone 1 and the 700 acres of Zone 2. The Project components included multiple types and styles of residential villas ranging from small to luxurious, golf course, landscaping, and lakes with bridges.
