Katameya International Hospital (KIH) project's aspiration is to create a boutique hospital that provides for excellence in medical services. The owner “Alameda” requested that the project provide an upgraded design according to the latest medical practices. 

The site is located in the 5th District, Cairo Governorate with an area of 4,460 square meters. The total built-up area for this building is 21,230 square meters divided into 8 levels and 2 basements. The hospital comprises of a total of 137 beds, with 126 beds in single rooms in wards, and 11 beds in emergency and endoscopy departments. All of the patient rooms are single rooms given the high profile required for the hospital with three levels: standard, superior/suite, and presidential. KIH also includes 4 major operation rooms.
