Additional the complex shall provide office space of approximately 12,000 square meters net sealable area and retail space of 2,500 square meters. The retail components shall include restaurants, meeting rooms, coffee lounges, etc. The total land area is 9,500 square meters with a total built-up area of around 74,000 square meters.
