This 5 star hotel project is located on a spectacular piece of land on the Shatt Al-Arab river front and is being created to provide a world class place where guests can relax and be away form the busy bustle of everyday life. The vision is simply to create a hospitality environment based on a local traditional architecture flavor with contemporary interpretations which in scale resembles southern Iraq's architectural imagery.

The design of the hotel is such that it maximizes the views to Shatt Al-Arab and the surrounding landscape. In addition the orientation of the hotel on the site provides for a harmonious interaction with the surrounding area.
