Cairo Festival City, an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development, is a mixed-use urban community located east of the Ring Road in New Cairo. rmc has been providing architectural and engineering services to CFC for their Southern Business Park District. rmc has been involved with designing 12 office buildings for CFC which is providing more than 180,000 square meters of tenet space and 65,000 square meters of basement parking.
