Additional the complex shall provide office space of approximately 12,000 square meters net sealable area and retail space of 2,500 square meters. The retail component shall include restaurants, meeting rooms, coffee lounges, etc. The total land area is 9,500 square meters and the building has a total built-up area of around 74,000 square meters.
