Ashraf Moussa has over 30 years of experience in the field of projects development, projects management for pre & post contract (design & construction management), architectural design & engineering coordination, Fit-out & Interior design, and urban planning as well of various projects in Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai, Germany, and Egypt.
Ashraf has an MBA specializing in Project Management by a recognized US University Distance Learning Based Program in 2013. He is a certified PMP, a Project Management Professional, globally certified by Project Management Institute BMI since 2011. He is a LEED AP Accredited Professional since 2009 by US Green Building Council - USGBC and an International Associate Architect by American Institute of Architects - AIA. Ashraf has 17 years of dedicated experience at the Gulf Area and GCC Market for Building Design, Authorities liaison, Planning Regulations and Building Codes as well.
Ashraf’s experience encompasses work on mega projects, high-rise buildings, commercial, industrial and residential buildings, medical, education and religious facilities, hotels, and urban development projects. His experience on these projects encompasses all phases from concept design through detailed design and documentation to construction.
