Amira Baraka is a Senior Interior Designer at rmc. Amira’s study has involved Architecture and Interior Design out of her belief in the power of multi-disciplinary approach in better solving design problems. As most of the time the solution lies beyond the confines of one discipline. Being professionally practicing as an Interior Architect since 2010 has given her experience working on various architectural and interior projects of public, commercial, and residential uses. Her record of experience includes a wide variety of projects type such as: hotels, banks, residential facilities, retail shops, places of worship, clinics, workplace office buildings and co-working spaces. During her work she has been successfully designing projects from concept to completion. She has also developed a great interest in designing for two causes: sustainability, and human centered design. This has given her the desire to become an accredited LEED green associate in 2014, and participate in international exchange programs concerned with sustainability.

Amira has a great passion to contribute to the Inclusive design field, especially in Egypt. Her contribution in this field can be highlighted through working as an Architectural Consultant for Helm (an Egyptian NPO) applying international inclusive design standards on various locations in Egypt.
