Mr. Effat is a senior architect at rmc. He has a proven ability to ensure that the architecture designs are functional, safe, and economical meeting the requirements of the clients. The art of communication is one of his enhanced skills that allow him to keep in touch with the clients to ensure that the project designs match their requirements. He has a strong track record of high profile and challenging projects for a wide range of clients throughout Egypt and Gulf region. Add to that his strong knowledge of using international Codes (IBC, NFPA and ADA) and Egyptian codes as well.

 

Mr. Effat worked at many consultant offices for architecture and planning services. His responsibilities include working drawing, shop drawings and detailed design. Over the last five years he was a team leader at large Consulting Engineers office in Egypt. He was in charge of shop drawings and design development for mega projects at KSA.  From 2005 to 2013, he was an architect in the Egyptian market preparing the working and shop drawings for large scale projects at all over Middle East.
