Ahmed Fawzy is an architecture design manager for rmc. He earned his BSc. in science from the Department of Architectural Engineering from Alexandria University Egypt in June of 2004. He then received his MSc. in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano Italy in October of 2009. These two degrees allowed Mr. Fawzy to take the opportunity to merge the boundaries between engineering and architecture, art, and function. Furthermore, he attended several courses to enhance his architectural skills. For instance, Athens programs “Art Nouveau in Belgium: History and Conservation” from Faculty of Engineering, K.U. Leuven, Belgium and wrote many research papers about ”Arab Architecture and Its Contemporary Art”. His Academic background made him completely interested in all Architectural Science.
Mr. Fawzy worked in many consultant offices for architecture and urban planning in Egypt but his designs oriented to all of Middle East countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabian, and Qatar. Additionally he participated and won many international architecture competitions and is specialist in the architecture philosophy and the historical part of architecture styles such as ancient Egyptian, Islamic, Renaissance, and others. Mr. Fawzy personal, technical, and leadership capabilities were recognized early in his career when he was made Design Manager for a large engineering consulting firm in 2009 at Saudi Arabia. His responsibilities included the design and management for more than eighty large public building projects.
In his career path, he has worked on a wide variety of projects worth many millions of dollars. He has been involved in the design of resorts and hotels, culture center, educational facilities, mosques, sports facilities, office buildings, retails (malls and shops), residential (mixed-use, apartments, and villas), and city gates.
