Ms. El-Haddad has been working in the design field since 2005. Working with reputable design firms in Egypt allowing her to explore the different facets of interior design and architecture. She earned a master’s degree focused on Experiential Graphic Design which operates at the intersection of visual communications and the built environment. Her chosen research subject was based on her professional and academic experience embracing a wide range of disciplines including graphic design, architecture, interior, landscape, and digital/industrial design. In 2015, Nourhan joined rmc to implement the accumulation of experience acquired through the years. Currently she is managing the Interior Design Department through her attained personal, technical, and leadership experience. Her current role requires an understanding of all the business goals, creativity, time management, client relationship management, market needs, and mentoring skills. She has been involved in the design of resorts and hotels, public buildings (clubhouses), office buildings, retail (malls and shops), residential (mixed-use, apartments, and villas), and hospitals.
