Ms. Bassent Elwan is rmc‘s Head of Human Resources, Administration, and HSE Department. She has over 15 years of experience in these specialty fields providing exceptional guidance to both rmc leadership and its employees.

Ms. Elwan uses her thorough knowledge and understanding of human resources to ensure rmc‘s compliance with all social and governmental policies and practices. She further retains the required knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources and talent management.

 

As Department Head, she is responsible for monitoring and auditing all the HR, Administrative and HSE Procedures throughout the company in a manner that ensures the achievement of corporate strategic goals and affectively applying rmc policies.

 

Ms. Bassent joined rmc in 2010 and has been an integral part in assisting the growth and success of the company by enhancing and maintaining the principals of the human resource field.
