The site is approximately 2.5 million square meters with approximately 6 million square meters of built up commercial, entertainment, hospitality, residential, and retail areas. The project is connected to the existing Madinat Jumeirah Hotel and entertainment complex and draws upon it for its architectural influence, In collaboration with COLAB International in Dubai (a sister company to rmc) our scope included the preparation Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design for the project.
