rmc is excited to be working with CGP (Capital Group Properties) and Benoy Architects on the design for the Alburouj Shopping Mall. rmc is the Executive Architect and Engineer for this sensational new regional shopping mall.  

 

This 5-star shopping mall has a land area of 122,000 square meters and built-up area of 70,000 square meters to be developed in two phases. The mall is a mixture of indoor and outdoor shopping experience covering the attractive new trends of food and beverage outlets. The mall will also include retail shops, a hypermarket, kids entertainment area, and cinemas.
