The Master Plan of Badya is developed with the aim to connect the creative city with green safe pedestrians and cycling pathways, while adopting the European Concept of Shared Spaces in living and social areas.

 

In this context, rmc shall ensure the fulfillment of the design concept and implement the master plan detailing and coordination including the site grading and its slope stability solutions, staking, and the parcellation for all plots and buildings.

 

rmc is in charge of integrating all the design concepts with sustainable solutions and economic infrastructure networks and strategies as well as delivering intimate green spaces, into a well-coordinated master plan.
