Dubai Creek is the soul of Dubai City and it is the original place where the City was born and established. The project vision is to emphasize the creek as a main element of the city and bring back the importance of the creek as other mega projects are being constructed around the city.

The project is located on both banks of the Dubai Creek starting from its beginning (Rashid Port) until the middle of the creek inside the heart of the Dubai Sheikh Miriam Palace on the Bur Dubai side and from the Al Das area until the Sheraton Hotel on the Deira side. The total GFA for this project is 360,000 square meters. The retail component of the project is 105,000 square meters. Other land uses include hotels, commercial, and residential buildings. 620,000 square meters of below grade parking is also included to add to the ease of the shopping and entertainment environment.  In collaboration with COLAB International in Dubai (a sister company to rmc) our scope included the preparation Concept Design, Schematic Design and Detailed Design for the project.
